Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), taken to dryness
A complete ZLD system combines two distinct technologies: thermal treatment of high-TDS (HTDS) streams, and biological treatment of low-TDS (LTDS) streams. We deliver the full spectrum from a single site, under a single point of accountability.
Thermal — built in-house
MEE, evaporation and recovery taken to dryness — engineered and fabricated by B&G across our three units.
Biological — specialist partner
Specialist biological treatment from Southern Ecologics, co-located at our Unit-3.
Solvent Recovery Systems (SRS)
We design and execute solvent-recovery systems to recover, purify and reuse solvents from process streams.
System elements typically include:
